The LPN to RN Transition Course option offers a unique opportunity for qualified licensed practical nurses to enter the associate degree nursing program with advanced standing once admission and general education requirements have been met.
Students must have completed the Practical Nursing Certificate or its equivalent to be selected into this Advanced Placement program. Students must complete any General Education courses that were not part of their Practical Nursing program, at CCBC or elsewhere. They are strongly encouraged to take these classes prior to applying to the LPN to RN transition Course. Once accepted, the courses must be completed in the sequence shown.
