Includes the study of preliminary, detailed, and quantity estimates as currently practiced in the industry; discusses interrelationship of plans, specifications, and the contract. Course offered once a year (spring).

Prerequisite(s): CONT 106 and CSIT 101 or permission of the Construction Management Coordinator Lecture Hours per week: 3.
