Develops a comprehensive knowledge of advanced grammar topics needed for academic English. Grammar-based practice in all skills (speaking, writing, listening, and reading) promotes greater communicative competency for academic and professional settings. Content and activities involve a significant degree of meaningful authentic oral and written language production. Course content is theme-based and reflects the diversity of the student population and the global nature of society. Course offered every fall, spring and may be offered during additional sessions.

Prerequisite(s): ESOL 032, ESOL 033 and ESOL 034 or placement into ESOL 042.
