Based on the science of functional movement, CIRCL Mobility exercise focuses on flexibility, coordination, breathwork, and mobility to help people move better as they age. Safety first when it comes to exercising! Develop an exercise routine and plan to enhance flexibility and mobility; understand the importance of increasing flexibility, coordination, and mobility in your daily life as you age; practice exercises that will increase flexibility, coordination, and mobility. Instructor is a licensed CIRCL Mobility leader.
