Learn the Chinese movement forms known as Tai Chi Chuan. Emphasizes weight shifts, total body movement and coordinated breathing to increase fitness, and offer relaxation and a heightened sense of well-being. Appropriate for all ages. This class is also offered for credit as PELF 102.
