Lifetime Fitness and Wellness introduces the student to the multi-dimensional theories of wellness to enable the student to make informal, proactive lifestyle choices. Topics to be covered include components of fitness, nutrition, weight control, stress management, cardiovascular disease, and wellness across the lifespan. Course offered every fall, spring and may be offered during additional sessions.
Corequisite(s): ESOL 054 or ACLT 053.
Lab Fee: $25.00.
