CCBC's Job Network program offers employment preparation and support services to Baltimore County residents who fall under the categories of Temporary Cash Assistance (TCA) customers, transitioning foster youth, and Noncustodial Parents (NCP) from the Baltimore region. Below is an example of program services:

  • Case Management - Wrap-around support services and employment barrier remediation.
  • Job Development - Resume preparation, mock interviews, job placement assistance, etc.
  • Instruction - Work readiness courses offering a foundation of knowledge and information critical for successful employment.
  • Mental Health - Access to on-staff licensed counselor.
  • Training and Education - Based on funding and eligibility, participants are connected to CCBC's Continuing Education Workforce Training Certificate Programs, GED classes, English for Speakers of Other Languages classes and so much more.
