CCBC offers two fully online, CAHIIM-accredited programs to choose from: an associate degree in HIIT or credit certificate in Medical Coding. Each of these programs will get you hands-on experience with healthcare IT systems and build a strong foundation in medical coding, preparing you to earn industry certification and step right into in-demand careers in hospitals, clinics, insurance companies and beyond.

The Health Informatics and Information Technology accreditor of the Community College of Baltimore County is the Commission on Accreditation for Health Informatics and Information Management Education (CAHIIM).
