CCBC is committed to creating a respectful, safe and inclusive environment for all. Students, faculty, staff and community members are encouraged to uphold community standards and speak up when concerns arise. To support this environment, we offer the following guidance and avenues for reporting.
By submitting a report, you can help CCBC determine whether the concerning behavior is an immediate threat or requires a more strategic intervention plan.
When witnessing or experiencing an event that does not align with the student code of conduct, we highly encourage you to report the issue utilizing the form below for matters inside and out of the classroom.
Please note: If a student has concerns about a staff member, outreach should be made to that individual’s supervisor. For faculty related concerns, outreach to the Academic Dean of the faculty member should occur.
You may submit a confidential report of sexual misconduct using the report below. Once submitted, a Title IX Coordinator will reach out to you via email to set up a meeting. This meeting is designed to discuss supportive measures and pathways for resolution.
Please note: CCBC faculty and staff are mandated reporters for sexual misconduct and are required to share what they know with the Title IX coordinator.
Help maintain fairness and trust in our classrooms by reporting concerns related to academic honesty. If you are a faculty member or student who suspects a student of violating CCBC’s Academic Integrity policy, you can find the necessary steps and reporting forms in the myCCBC portal.

We take allegations of misconduct seriously to maintain a respectful learning environment. When violations of the Code of Conduct occur, the student will be provided due process. In the event the student is found responsible for the allegations of misconduct, a range of sanctions may be assigned depending on the nature and severity of the violation.
