All Within My Hands Scholarship

When you think of the legendary rock band Metallica, visions of thrashing guitar riffs and heart-thumping drums may come to mind.Metallica Scholars

What isn’t as well known is the work they do through their All Within My Hands Foundation (AWMH). AWMH gives millions of dollars to communities across the country. Since 2018, CCBC has been selected annually to receive funds from the Metallica Scholar Initiative grant.

The grant is being used to support cohort training classes for the Construction Education Academy Pre-Apprenticeship program, focusing on skilled trades and job readiness to help participants find employment as an apprentice in a specialty trade.
