Stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system and learn breathing techniques to regulate blood pressure, soothe the mind, relax muscles and reduce stress. Practice yoga poses for rest and digestive responses. Understand safety when exercise, and develop an exercise routine to practice on your own at home. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please bring a Yoga bolster, 2 to 4 yoga blocks, yoga strap, and yoga mat with you to each class session.
