Learn the fundamentals of cooking, such as how to read, understand and apply recipes, execute cooking techniques, and apply safe cooking temperatures. Begin to learn principles of food-handling safety in preparation to take the ServSafe Food Handler Certification exam. This course is one of six courses in the FoodWorks Basic Culinary Program.
