Covers intermediate aquatics skills, competitive swimming strokes, water safety, and fitness concepts. Course offered every fall, spring and may be offered during additional sessions.

Prerequisite(s): The ability to swim 50 yards or the successful completion of PEAQ 100 or PEMJ 100.
