General Physics II (PHYS 251)

Introduces students to electricity, magnetism, and thermodynamics. It builds on PHYS 151 as the second course in a three-semester set of calculus-based courses in the basic principles of physics for students majoring in Engineering, Mathematics, or a physical science. The course requires knowledge of algebra, trigonometry, and calculus. Course offered every fall, spring and may be offered during additional sessions.

Prerequisite(s): A grade of "C" or higher in PHYS 151 Lecture Hours per week: 3 Lab Hours per week: .
Lab Fee: $40.00.
