Introduces principles of land development. Includes boundary determination; zoning regulations; subdivision regulations; records research; development policies; producing topography; site design; road design; and presenting results. Course offered once a year (fall or spring).

Prerequisite(s): SURV 101 or permission of the program coordinator. Lecture Hours per week: 3 Lab Hours per week: no laboratory required.
