Learn the methods and procedures used to analyze and diagnose problems with ice machines, reach-in and/or walk-in coolers and freezers. Emphasis on light commercial type equipment. Youll practice diagnostics through simulation and hands-on techniques.

Prerequisites: VOA 969, VOA 970, VOC 953, and VOA 656 or approval of program coordinator.
