Admission to any SHP program is competitive and may depend upon these and other factors:
- Grades in prerequisite courses
- Patient contact experience
- Reference letters
- Interviews
- Pre-admission testing
- Overall CCBC GPA
- Criminal background check and drug test
- Proof of health insurance and immunizations
All SHP programs have their own admission criteria and application deadlines, which are included in the admission packets found on the department webpages. After you apply to CCBC, you will apply for a program according to the directions found in the admission packet for your chosen program.
