Provides an in-depth review of the principles of business law as they specifically apply to the area of tax and accounting. Topics covered include real and personal property, estates and trusts, secured transactions, negotiable instruments, business entities, debtor-creditor law, government regulations, and legal and ethical duties of accountants. Course offered once a year (fall or spring).

Prerequisite(s): ESOL 052 and ESOL 054.
