Online

Introduces the legal principles involved in the conduct of businesses. Topics covered include an overview of the source of law, alternative dispute resolution, torts, contracts, criminal law, sales, agency, intellectual property and ethics. The Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) is applied where appropriate. Course offered every fall, spring and may be offered during additional sessions.

Prerequisite(s): ESOL 052 and ESOL 054.
